Yes. They are tuned for jumping and side-to-side movement, so they suit volleyball and other court sports well.
A CURREX insole should carry you through about 12 months or 500 miles (800+ km), whichever happens first. How long yours holds up depends on usage frequency, total hours active, effort level, your body weight, the shoes you pair them with, and the conditions you play or train in.
If you train or compete often, a replacement may be due earlier. Keep an eye out for obvious wear, flattened cushioning, or any drop in comfort and performance.
Take the insoles out once you finish playing and let them air dry. Doing so extends their life and keeps moisture from breaking down the top cover.

Better than Move gamedays and blumakas
I love what yall are doing. Zero drop insole is so clutch. I don’t like my heel too high when I play. AND THE NONSLIP GRIP IS AWESOME. Blumaka does nonslip also (maybe better) but their insoles leave a lot to be desired in other aspects
